I am a clinical hypnotherapist, teacher, psychologist, fully qualified Autism and ADHD mentor, and study skills support specialist based in North Lincolnshire, offering both online and face-to-face support. My goal is to help individuals better understand themselves, their strengths, and their unique learning styles. I provide specialised neurodivergent Support tailored to each individual’s journey. As a clinical hypnotherapist, I also offer hypnotherapy for Autism, ADHD, and AuDHD, helping clients manage anxiety, emotional regulation, and focus. I am diagnosed with AuDHD myself, so I truly understand the challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence.
Diverse Educational Background – I hold a First-Class Honours Degree in Art and Religious Studies, a Master’s in Psychology, Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and am an advanced Drawing and Talking Therapist.
